What should a good van service include and how much should it cost?

I bought my automatic petrol van in 2007.

I have done over 90,000 miles and I have serviced it regularly. I changed the Cam belt at 70,000 miles and it has got a new starting motor.

What should a good service include and how much should it cost?

Oil and oil filter change, air filter change, pollen filter change, brake fluid change. £150 - £200 at a non franchised garage. If ATF also changed then will probably be about £100 more.
