Clocked van from auction - what should I do?

I bought a van at auction with warranted miles. I've since sold it, but the owner has come back and said the van has been clocked. What are my options?

Your action has to be against whichever vendor sold it via the action to you. You can bring both a criminal and a civil prosecution against the person.
