What van can I drive on my car licence?

I have category B and B1 and there's a little picture of what looks like a van on the back of my licence - so can I drive any van?

No, you can't drive any van you like, but you can drive some. Licence category B1 is for lighter vehicles like quadricycles and B is for cars - but with 'B' you can also drive lighter vans up to 3500kg and shuttle buses with up to 8 seats - but they must also be under 3500kg.

If you need a bigger van you'll need a C1 category licence.
