Best 4x4 workhorse for under £10k?

Never owned an SUV, van, nor pick up truck before, but I need one for a small business that I can throw a lawn mower, garden waste and tool chest in the back of. Budget is £10k max, ideally much less. Ideas?

A low floor van such as a Renault Trafic is best for transporting big lawnmowers, but that won't get you through the mud. So really you need a 4x4 pick-up and the best under £10,000 is a post 2008 Isuzu Rodeo 2.5 or 3.0 i-TEQ chain cam manual diesel. Avoid the auto. However you will find that single cab 4WD Mitsubishi L200 is much more common.
