Overall reliability
very well equipped and very refined to drive.
Due to accident damage the van has been off the road since January 2015. It's now 4 months later and there is still no sign of a back axle and rear nearside panel. A bit of research has shown that this is a depressingly common occurrence. One bodyshop in the Lake District has 5 currently irreparable due to lack of parts. My own repairers say it took 6 weeks to get the parts for the last one they had in.
Ford initially refused to speak to me as I lease the van and don't own it. Following an email from the leasing company I now get an email from Ford every week to the effect that nothing is happening.
Utterly unacceptable for a vehicle never mind a commercial one.
Purely on these grounds I would never have another one.
