Update for existing owners and information i have read about the new model next year

Their is a security update on the drivers door lock, read the parkers review to see which vans are affected, if you ring Ford they may say that yours is not affected - it probably IS ! so consult your local dealer.
Their is a retro modification under the bonnet to stop water from pouring into the alternator and making it sound like a bag of nuts and bolts rattling after it rains, but no modification for the water pouring over the ecu on the other side.
Their is a plate to fit over the drivers door lock at your cost.
Reviews on the new custom next year suggest no improvement on mpg when loaded up,
Extra storage space in the door pockets - its likely that you will have to open the door to access it though
And disappointingly, no improvements to the security of the vehicles - so get yours upgraded at your costs
Buy the extra warranty and servicing, it gives you 5 years cover and servicing costs, well worth it and covers brake fluid changes! , at 2 years for free.
Don't forget to pay each year to get the oil and filter changed as I have heard of problems if not and I believe the new model includes this
