Buying a car to replace a van

I currently have a Volkswagen Transporter van I use for kids buggys, bikes, carts etc. but we are moving to a new development where vans are not allowed.

I'm looking for a reliable car, most likely an MPV I guess, that I can remove all the seats to leave a flat floor and as much room in the back as possible. Budget is approx £5-6k.

Citroen Berlingo Multispace or Peugeot Partner. The seats double fold leaving a flat floor so you don't need to remove them.
